Submit your claim through Ryanair's online form

File at ryanair.com under Help → Customer Support → EU261 Compensation. You will need your booking reference, flight number, date of travel, and bank account details for payment.

Also state in your claim submission that you require cash payment under EU261/UK261 — not travel vouchers, credits, or any form of non-cash compensation. Put this in writing from the start.

Ryanair is registered in Ireland, which affects which enforcement body handles non-UK routes. Understanding this prevents filing with the wrong body and losing time:

UK-departing Ryanair flights

If your Ryanair flight departed from a UK airport (Manchester, London Stansted, Bristol, Edinburgh, etc.), your claim is governed by UK261. Escalate to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) at caa.co.uk if Ryanair does not resolve. Ryanair is a member of AviationADR for UK routes — this is another option before the CAA.

EU-departing Ryanair flights (non-UK)
